Refund policy

Due to the handmade nature of all our products, all items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However;  please contact us at hello@allthingsiheart.com if you have any problems with your order, and we can work together to get your problem resolved. 
If you've had a change of heart, Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. A cancellation cannot be requested for a giftcard purchase.

To report a problem or request a cancellation, you can contact us at hello@allthingsiheart.com. Please note that cancelations requests may take an additional 24-48hrs to process.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
