Shipping policy

Normal processing time for an individual product varies from 1-5 business days to 1-3 weeks and is specified in each product listing. Processing times are subject to change at any time without notice.

Canada Post's On-Time Delivery Guarantees remain suspended due to COVID-19. We are unsure when exactly your package will arrive, as Canada Post only provides an estimate. Delivery time will vary depending on your region and shipping method chosen. 

Local Pickup

Local Pickup option is available for those in the Hamilton and surrounding area who select this order at checkout. Selecting this Local Pickup option at checkout, you will receive and email with pickup location when your order is complete. 

If you you are not local and select this option in error, we will contact you to process payment for the shipping charge. If we do not receive a response and payment from you within 24hrs, your entire order will be cancelled and refunded to you. 

Oversized Letter Mail - Pocket Hugs & Worry Worms

Note that the option of Oversized Letter Mail is NOT trackable and will not include any tracking information. Customer selects this option at their own risk. This option can take anywhere between 1-4 wks.

International Shipping 

We currently only offer shipping to Canada and the USA.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Checking Order Status

When your order is complete, you will receive and email notification that will include a tracking number. The tracking number will allow you to check the status of your package. Please allow 48hrs for tracking information to become available.  

Damaged Items

In the event your order arrives damaged, please email us as at and include your order number and a photo showing the item's condition. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to come to a satisfactory solution.
